N2  - Diese Bachelorthesis umfasst die Fertigung eines nach Ackermann ausgelegten Lenksystems für ein Leichtbaufahrzeug. Der besondere Fokus dieser Arbeit liegt beim Einbau der Komponenten in das Chassis. Dabei werden die nötigen Vorrichtungen und das Vorgehen beschrieben, um sicherzustellen, dass die Lenkkinematik nach ihrer ursprünglichen Auslegung funktioniert und alle Teile des Fahrwerks möglichst effizient betrieben werden können. Weiterhin wird beschrieben, wie die Komponenten der Lenkung während des Montage- und Fertigungsprozesses weiterentwickelt wurden. Abschließend wird die montierte Lenkung experimentell getestet, um die Qualität der Arbeit beurteilen zu können.
N2  - This bachelor thesis is about the assembly of a steering system which has been designed to work after the principle of the Ackermann steering. The focus of this work is to describe the installation of the components into the body of a lightweight vehicle. The purpose of this work is to make sure the kinematics of the steering work after their intentional design and the components of the chassis work together in the most efficient way. Therefor all the gear which has been designed and used, as well as the procedure of installation are described. Furthermore the process of development of the components during this work is described. To value the quality of the work, the assembled steering system is tested in an experimental way.
