Branchenunabhängig wurde deutlich, wo etwa im Bereich der digitalen Transformation Nachholbedarf besteht. Dies erfordert von den Verantwortlichen ein klares Transformationsmanagement, das neben dem Krisen- und Risikomanagement unterschiedliche Elemente aus der Organisationsentwicklung und dem Changemanagement kombiniert und in ein Managementsystem integriert.
N2  - The pandemic situation in 2020 created new challenges for society and the different organizations and decision makers in business, culture and education. In all segments it was a process which revealed the weakness of current transformation processes, especially in the field of digital transformation. Therefore, risk and crisis management, strategic and transformation management integrated into one management system has to follow an integrative approach including the field of change management and organizational development.
