N2  - Die regionale Schulentwicklung ist der Prozess der demografiebedingten Anpassung schulischer Angebote unter Berücksichtigung neuer pädagogischer Entwicklungsperspektiven. Hier stehen sich das Prinzip der staatlichen Planung als Rahmen und das noch junge Prinzip der zunehmenden Autonomie von Schulen gegenüber, was bei den Akteuren des Systems zu neuen Anforderungen führt, die zusammenfassend für mehrere 2013 durchgeführte Teilanalysen in diesem Beitrag beschrieben werden.
N2  - Public education is an important topic on the agenda of nowadays politics. Although there are various possibilities to establish new forms of schools and educational environment, the planning process should not be focused on the school section but also include professional education and study programs at universities. The planning process itself should have the complementary part of growing autonomy in the decision of the core actors, like schools, which are allowed to decide upon financial and human resources.
