N2  - Die Auswirkungen der digitalen Transformation werden meist im Kontext von Wirtschaftsunternehmen diskutiert und auf die Blickwinkel Wirtschaft und Technologie fokussiert. Der digitale Wandel hat jedoch auch die Führungsaufgaben in vielen gesellschaftlichen Bereichen verändert, wie am Beispiel Schule und Kommunalverwaltung aufgezeigt wird.
N2  - Digital transformation is affecting the whole society including organizations and institutions which are in their main activities located in the non-profit-sector. According to schools we have not only a significant change in the way teaching could be organized and supported but also new fields of competencies necessary for both, teachers and students. Therefore digital leadership in schools is a way of empowering the school management to cope with the new challenges. A similar situation can be analyzed in the public administration body of cities. Here we have new definitions of customer roles and the necessity to strengthen the employer brand of administrative employers.
