In Biogasanlagen führt diese Zielstellung jedoch häufig zu Problemen. Lignocellulose-reiches Material ist für viele Mikroorganismen schwer oder gar nicht abbaubar.   • In the focus of this research work two different substrate pretreatment methods in biogas plants are presented. It can be demonstrated that the biological-enzymatic and also the thermal substrate pretreatment have the potential to increase the dissolved organic carbon concentration of the analyzed substrates.
